(1) These benefits don't apply to seat sales because no one can predict future competitive conditions and how each airline will respond. Members can fly 3 days before or after the Convention. WestJet charges $30/person for name changes after 24 hours before departure, $30/person for itinerary changes after 24 hours before departure and any difference in fare/person and $50/person for cancellations up to 2 hours prior to departure. All WestJet charges are pretax.
